Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, the founder and head of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International, has asserted his authority over events in Ghana.

He claimed to have the authority to decide whether or not things would move well in the nation.

The pastor said to his congregation on Sunday that Ghana’s future depends on his attitude, whether he is happy or angry, and that people shouldn’t try to remove him from the equation.

” I won’t say too much, but I’ll just say that Ghana has elders”.

“And I’m one of the elders by God’s favor here in the country and things won’t be well if I get angry”.

It is impossible to physically or spiritually remove me from it. If you ignored me, this country wouldn’t advance as it ought to.

If I lose my temper, the country won’t advance as it ought to. If I am happy, the country is well; yet, if I am upset, the country is problematic.

He said in Twi, ” I’m not God, but I’m God’s prophet”. He continued by saying that God had given Ghana into his hands, whether or not the people liked it.

Many people are outraged by his comments since they don’t think his rage will harm anyone in Ghana. People have even accused him of being a fake prophet, thus he has included himself in some wicked deeds.

People on social media have urged him to avoid discussing anything about the populace of this nation because they think that only God has the authority to rule over and judge us.
